This lab runs Gibbs, Metropolis–Hastings, HMC and slice sampling on a correlated Gaussian, rejection and importance sampling on a two-bump mixture, and a bootstrap particle filter on a linear-Gaussian tracking model. It needs JavaScript; the slides show a static view of every experiment.
